SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping for all the purchases of Rs. 2000 or more. However, a shipping charge of Rs. 100 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 2000.If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.On returns initiated for the reasons mentioned below, no refund will be given for the shipping charges:

However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on Docandmark’ Returns Policy.It is our endeavor to ship all items in your Order together; however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.There may be restrictions on accepting Orders for delivery in certain pin codes as a product cannot be shipped to those destinations.
